Olivia Rodrigo made her debut in acting by winning the lead character in American Girl, a series Rodrigo watched from the time she was seven years old. The character she played was one she adored, and one that she had been connected to ever since she was young. She was quickly recognized for her talent and is now a familiar face to most Disney TV viewers. While this was a sweet victory, it did come with a cost.
